Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Wantd (“the service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of service

Wantd is a software-as-a-service tool that monitors public Reddit activity for keywords you configure, scores buying intent, and surfaces matching posts and comments as leads inside your dashboard. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Account registration and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Wantd.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Each plan includes a monthly lead cap (currently 150, 500, or 2,000 leads depending on plan). These caps are upper limits, not guarantees of lead volume. Actual lead volume depends on the keywords you monitor and Reddit activity, and we make no promise about how many leads you will receive.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Wantd platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its output to third parties.
• Use Wantd to send spam, harass users on Reddit, or violate Reddit’s terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.

6. Intellectual property

Wantd owns the platform, including its code, design, and trademarks. You own the data you provide (such as your keywords) and any content you create using the service. You grant us a limited licence to process your data only as needed to operate the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uptime, lead volume, lead quality, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wantd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
