Refund Policy

1. 14-day cooling-off period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of starting your first subscription with Wantd. If you request a refund within this window, we will refund the full amount you have paid, no questions asked.

2. After the 14-day window

Outside the cooling-off period, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We will normally issue a refund where:

  • You have been billed in error.
  • The service has experienced significant downtime that materially prevented you from using it.
  • Other extenuating circumstances make a refund the fair outcome.

We do not automatically refund the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel. Cancellation simply stops the next renewal — you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

3. How to request a refund

Email tomiwa@wantd.tech from the address registered on your account. Include:

  • The email address on your Wantd account.
  • The reason you are requesting a refund.

We aim to respond within three working days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and can take a further 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
